There is a newspaper article called Bay Area Coalition Calls Delta Plan A Water Grab. The author of this article is Kelly Zito. I think the intended audience of this article are those who read the newspaper and are interested in knowing more about this. The purpose of this article is to inform people what is going on in everyday society and how things are changing over time. I think the bias part of the article is that it is informing us about the the delta plan and with this there are people who think this plan is beneficial and others who think it is simply not necessary.
